WHAT IS A PAC

What is a PAC?

A PAC is a residence and work permit in Spain designed to attract specialised international talent with consolidated experience, such as engineering, technology and consultancy professionals.

Benefits of this type of work permit:
-Processing time -20 working days
-The initial permit is for three years
-Allows you to link the residence permit of your family members (spouse and descendants) without having to wait for the family reunification deadlines.

Essential requirements:
1. University degree apostilled by The Hague. It guarantees international academic validation.
2. Passport valid for 1 year. It ensures validity during the process.
3. Criminal record for the last 2 years. Issued in your home country and apostilled.

1. Check the official requirements: Visit the Spanish Ministry of Education website to download the list of required documents.
2. Prepare and submit documents: Apostilled degree, official translations and passport copy included.
3. Submit your application: Through a Registry Office or electronically in the Ministry's system.
